Returns: We will accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether we can approve or reject the refund request. If approved, we will process your return and refund you. 

Refunds of Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us right away so that we can process for you a replacement or full refund, depending on the circumstances. Please take a photograph of the damaged goods and email to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether we can approve or reject the refund request. If approved, we will process your return and refund you.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The esimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your order. If you need it fast and want to enjoy prime shipping, order on Amazon. For international orders, please note that additional customs fees, taxes or duties may apply, which are your responsibility. In the event of a lost shipment or significant delay, please contact us immediately and we will work with the shipping carrier in effort to resolve the issue.
